Our two programs are:
IMPROVCAMP AUSTRALIA is open to students aged 12 - 17 years. (Yr's 7 - 12)
LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME is open to students aged 17 - 20 years. (Yr 12 +)Both cost $998.00 AUD. Payment options can be reviewed on the Register Page
All transactions are processed in AUD.
All prices include GST and taxes.
Please note: all registered attendants will need to complete an enrolment form upon payment securing your place. We expect this whole process to take about 15 minutes. You will need details such as medical history and who to contact in an emergency, so please have this information ready before you begin.
Enrolment forms are essential and will be needed to complete the registration process. Please contact us using the methods above should you have any problems or questions. You can complete your enrolment online knowing yoru information is securely encrypted.

All card payments are guaranteed secure and handled through Payway with 128 bit SSL encryption which is the industry standard and the minimum level to meet our requirements.

Payment Policy:
Payment online is handled by Payway. This is an Australian based banking service provided by Westpac. Money paid into your accounts will appear on your bills and banking records as charged by "Performing Arts Tours (Best Camp Ever)." We suggest you enter an email address at time of checkout to recieve a tax invoice.
Pricing Policy:
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). All international orders will be billed in Australian dollars.
Refund Policy:
All enrolments and payments are final. We suggest that all participants take out insurance in case you need to cancel or withdraw. Travel insurance will cover cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
Customer Service Policy:
If for any reason we are unable to provide the service described we will notify you as soon as possible.
Privacy Policy:
All enrolment information is stored in secure databases and is held in strictest confidence. This information is strictly used only in case of an emergency and for other enrolment processes used for Best Camp Ever. We will not share with any third parties or sell your information to other people.
"AIG" & "Best Camp Ever" is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with information regarding the camp and related matters.
"AIG" & "Best Camp Ever" may use cookies to allow you to make payments on the site. Cookies sent to your computer from "AIG" & "Best Camp Ever" only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

When purchasing from "AIG" & "Best Camp Ever" your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
We understand that:
1. While on camp, AIPA staff reserve the right to send home (at additional expense) any student who is, in our opinion, jeopardising the safety or rights of themselves or others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of the camp.
2. Illicit drugs, alcohol and cigarettes are not to be taken to or consumed from sign-in on 7:45am Saturday 22nd January – Sign out on Thursday 27th January 2011.
3. No weaponry is to be taken or carried. This includes all sharp items. Nail files, scissors, pocket knives etc.. If unsure, please leave items at home.
4. No more than 15kg is to be packed in your suitcase/bag. You pack it. You carry it! The cabins are comfortable, but they aren’t huge!
5. Camp attendees are to behave in an orderly fashion at all times.
6. Camp attendees must respect each other and each other’s property at all times.
7. Camp attendees must keep their cabins reasonably clean and respect the camp property at all times.
8. Camp attendees must report any breakages or damage immediately.
9. If damage is through carelessness or disregard, those concerned will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs incurred
10. Camp attendees must follow all instruction given by AIPA, CIG & Myuna Bay staff members.
11. Camp attendees are expected to be courteous to all staff, guest tutors, coaches and members of the public.
12. Camp attendees must adhere to all directions and bed times.
13. Camp attendees must not enter areas that they have been told not to enter (No males in female cabins, no females in male students cabins. No students in staff cabins)
14. Camp attendees must not leave the grounds for any reason.
15. All items of clothing must be marked clearly with the camp attendees name on them.
16. All lost property will be disposed of at the end of the camp.
17. I am aware that participating in structured and unstructured indoor and outdoor activities can be dangerous in nature involving many risks. Because the stakes of participating in the workshops are high, I recognize that the rules and regulations which govern the said activity exist to provide a safe environment for all participants and agree to abide by those same rules for my own safety, professionalism and career development as well as those around me.
18. In consideration of the Australian Institute for Performing Arts (ABN 55 093 235 057), Performing Arts Tours (ABN 93 122 280 ) and the Canadian Improv Games permitting me to participate in IMPROVCAMP AUSTRALIA and to engage in all activities related to the programs, including, but not limited to, transport, practicing or playing/participating in that activity program, I hereby assume all of the risks associated with participation and agree to hold, the Australian Institute for Performing Arts (AIPA), the Canadian Improv Games (CIG) and NSW Sport & Recreation its employees, agents, representatives, coaches, and volunteers harmless from any negligence and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever which may arise by, or in connection with my participation in any activities related to IMPROVCAMP AUSTRALIA, Point Wolstoncroft July 2010. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, estate, executor, administrator, assignees, and for all members of my family.
19. I consent to allow AIPA, PAT, AIG AND CIG to use my/my child’s image, name and any photographs, sound and film recordings taken of me/my child at this programme for the promotion of this and future programmes, services and initiatives to the media and to the general public.
20. In the case of a medical emergency, I hereby give permission to the Doctor/Dentist chosen by AIPA staff to secure proper treatment for and/or order hospitalisation, injection, anaesthetic, or surgery for my child as named. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to instituting such procedures.
21. I certify that all details supplied are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, correct.
